In the unlock phase 1, Various Religious places and places of worship for the public; shopping mall,s hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality services; will be allowed to open from June 8, 2020.

The schools and colleges are going to unlock in phase 2, in phase 2: Schools, colleges, educational/training/coaching institutions, etc will be opened after consultations with the states and UTs. Based on the feedback with all the stakeholders, including parents, a decision in this regard will be taken in July.

The government has set the guideline for new ways of life, but the most important standard school education is still to be set, which is the biggest challenge. The rich and Expensive schools may be able to follow the social distancing and other safety norms for students and teachers in its school, however, the same might not be possible in government-run schools and other schools with low budgets. Rural Bharat schools are more prone to this COVID-19 disease once the school opens up. It will be a big challenge for these schools to function.

These are the same government schools where it is difficult in the implementation of the Mid Day Mill Scheme for food for poor children who have been argued for flaws. Where there is a lizard in the mid-day meal, sometimes a mouse in the food of the students. Prevention of Coronavirus prevention, sanitizing, social distancing, etc. will be very challenging.

From the family of the lower-middle-class parents, Most of the children of the cities, the students study in cheap private schools, and many children go on a rickshaw. Hundreds of children sit in class with 70-100 seats. Such schools charge less, as they have fewer resources. Parents of the poor or lower middle class are compelled to teach children in such low fee schools. These schools do not provide complete discipline or proper resources is the financial help of schools.

In such a situation, just imaging what set of rules the government is going to bring for all the schools and most important how the government will make sure the rules are followed in all the educational institutions of the country. 

Anyway, we have to wait and watch how the government is going to set rules for these schools when they are open again.
