India, New Delhi: UP in the recent years have seen many encounters of criminals, especially after the government formation of Yogi Adityanath. In the latest as reported by ANI and having a cash bounty of Rs 25,000. Radha Charan, a criminal , who was wanted for the killing of a relative of a Uttar Pradesh Minister Lakshmi Narayan.
