Janata Dal United's senior leader Sharad Yadav will not be a member of the upper house of Rajya Sabha by next month? These questions have now become the subject of discussion in Bihar's political corridors to Delhi. According to the news of Rediff.com, Sharad Yadav may be disqualified from Rajya Sabha. This may be decided by the chairman of Rajya Sabha M Venkaiah Naidu, provided that the a complaint related to Sharad Yadav goes to Vankia Naidu. According to sources, from Delhi to Patna, a team of JDU and BJP is considering legal aspects to make Sharad Yadav disqualified. But under which legal provisions Sharad Yadav can be disqualified, what is the legal basis of this? It is not yet decided. Apart from this, if the JDU takes any such action against Sharad Yadav, then what will the JDU tell to the public about this,

JDU will have to consider it as well. This final decision will be taken by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. The news is that CM Nitish Kumar is seeking action on this issue till the end of this month.
To make a government in Bihar by making friendship with BJP, Sharad Yadav has openly rebelled from JDU President and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. JDU took action against Sharad Yadav and removed him from the post of JDU leader in the Rajya Sabha.

Nitish Kumar has made his confidante RCP Singh the leader of the party in the Rajya Sabha in place of Sharad Yadav. Apart from Sharad Yadav, JD (U) has dismissed Ali Anwar, who has raised the voice of rebellion, from the party. Meanwhile, Sharad Yadav is also making further strategies with his confidants.

There is the meeting of JDU's national executive in Patna on August 19. In this meeting, the JDU can clarify its policy on the rebels of the party. It is believed that Nitish Kumar can announce the joining of the Janata Dal United National Democratic Alliance on August 19.
