In the meantime, a post spreading on social media claims that India intends to require passengers from countries impacted by the Corona virus to have a negative COVID-19 test.

In such a case, be aware of the reliability of this claims.In fact, a Twitter user named Gurbaksh Singh Chahal has claimed in his post, citing BNN India's report, that the country's health minister said in an interview on Friday that India's plan is to quarantine passengers coming from countries with more cases. A COVID-19 negative test report is mandatory for admission.

 News Verification: On this claim, the government has denied any such plan and the Ministry of Health has told its truth by tweeting. Refuting the claim, the ministry said in its tweet, "This message is being circulated on social media platforms regarding COVID19 test of passengers coming to India.

This message is fake and misleading." Explain that the central government has taken several precautionary steps in view of the situation in China. These include random testing at airport.
