Eating Carpet Prohibited, Hardeep Singh Puri calls out for fake message
News Claim: Union Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri took to Twitter and issued a clarification regarding a faked image at Airport, written on a board, at an airport “Eating carpet Prohibited”

News Verification: On doing research of the viral image we found that the Union Minister for Aviation Hardeep Singh Puri took to Twitter and clarify that the image is morphed and viral since 2015. Hardeep Singh Puri states on Twitter, “Let us all do a bit of due diligence before putting such things out. Fake images and morphed pictures don’t do any good to people who are posting them," said Hardeep Singh Puri.”
Actress Shabana Azmi had shared the picture back in 2019 on her Instagram profile, it is still there.

With so many people posting the same message it is tough to conclude that this message is fake. We keep this in fake category as it has been debunked by AAI and Aviation minister.
