The video has also been carefully cropped in a way that it doesn't show up on most OSINT video/image search tools. Here's the deal: The video appears to be from the funeral of a Pak soldier named Havaldar Abdul Rab from DG Khan.

Havaldar Abdul Rab was apparently killed in Indian shelling along LoC at Nakyal sector along with another Pak soldier named Naik Khurram in the first week of March 2019.

News published in radio.gov.pk stated that “Funeral prayer of Havildar Abdur Rab Shaheed and Naik Khurram Shaheed was offered at their native town in Dera Ghazi Khan on Sunday. According to ISPR, the shaheed were burried with full military honour for their supreme sacrifice for defending the motherland at Nakiyal Sector.
