News Verification: A post claiming to be from Wuhan city of China has been shared by more than 10000 on Social Media has been viral from the last week of February.

The message states that “These people of Wuhan city of China are screaming from their homes and begging for life. Instead of treatment and help, they have been locked in their homes. These screams of the people of China will haunt the world community for centuries. Coronavirus is moving towards the extreme. India will have to prepare immediately”.. The post is viral on Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media.

The information of people shouting is not true, however, it is true that most part of China is almost locked down after the deadly coronavirus attack, which has claimed over 903 lives in China as of 10th Feb 2020.

It was a normal tweet until a Twitter user pointed out the cause of the shout it, He said it was Homage to Dr. Li Wenliang. He said, “Tonight in Wuhan, from 8:55 to 9:05. ”Tonight mourn Dr. Li Wenliang, turn off the lights for five minutes, turn on the mobile phones and flashlight and shoot into the sky for five minutes.
