New Delhi: Goofup tweet by Arvind Kejriwal the Aam Aadmi Party leader has awarded him with another defamation case. The defamation case is made by a person named Ankit Bhardwaj. Don’t be confused by the name.
The man who attacked Kapil Mishra was also named as Ankit Bhardwaj, however this is another Ankit Bhardwaj with the same name and he is a BHP youth wing member. As per complaints by him Arvind Kejriwal allegedly shared his picture on social media and declared him of slapping Kapil Mishra on May 10.
Ankit Bhardwaj has filed a criminal defamation complaint against Arvind Kejriwal and against Sanjay Singh for allegedly declaring him as the person who slapped former water minister Kapil Mishra.
Ankit sent a notice to Arvind Kejriwal and Singh, seeking a public apology on May 13. He did not get any reply after which he filed a defamation case on Friday in a Delhi court.
