Bihar, Patna: RJD Superemo Lalu Yadav's son and Bihar's health minister, Tej Pratap Yadav, is in yet another controversy. Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) has issued a notice against his petrol pump.

Citing the notice of clause seven, it has been cited that “the applicant to be selected for dealership, should be associated with the day-to-day work of the dealership and can handle them. They will not be eligible for any other employment.

If the person selected for the licenses of the petrol pump is already employed, then he will have to resign from the employment before being appointment as a dealer. "In this regard, Tej Pratap will have to step down from the post of minister for petrol pump to keep the dealership.

Gradually, every member of the Lalu family is facing difficulties. Under the latest developments, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has issued a show-cause notice to Bihar Health Minister Tej Pratap Yadav on Wednesday. This notice was issued to RJD chief Laloo Prasad Yadav's eldest son Pratap, this notice has been issued in connection with the illegal license of a petrol pump.

There is an allegation of distributing petrol pumps illegally to Tej Pratap. Tej Pratap was allotted a petrol pump of Bharat Petroleum at New Bypass Road near Beur in 2011. By issuing notice, BPCL has sought response from the high court in this matter. In this case, he has been given 15 days to answer. If he cannot answer these questions then the license of his petrol pump can be canceled.

This notice, signed by Patna's BPCL Territory Manager (Retail) Manish Kumar, has been issued after getting a complaint against Tej Pratap Yadav. In this complaint, it has been alleged that the license of this petrol pump on Patna's busy Anisabad Bypass road has been obtained on the basis of 'wrong information'.

On the basis of this complaint, BPCL has written in its notice, "Your (Pratap) above charge is that you have never leased this land by AK Infosystem Private Limited. You are neither the shareholder nor director of AK Infosystem Pvt Ltd. Apart from this, the land which is found on Lease does not come in your 'Family unit'.

It was alleged in the complaint that on the date of submission of application for retail outlet (12.1.2012)  Tej was neither a shareholder nor a director of Infosystem Pvt Ltd. Also, AK Infosystem Pvt Ltd has never leased any land to Tej Pratap.

It is believed that this notice has been sent on the allegation of Bihar BJP leader Sushil Modi. Modi had alleged that a license for this petrol pump was issued to Tej Pratap during the different fraud which happened in the second term of UPA.
