New delhi, Kapil Mishra: Kapil Mishra is again in news for further allegation against Arvind Kejriwal and against his government in the capital city of India. The Former Delhi Government Minister Kapil Mishra has now accused a Rs 300-crore pharmaceutical scam. He also accused violation in purchase of ambulance and mischief in regulations in transfer posting. He questioned why the medical sector is not getting medicines even after having the highest budget in the country.

Kapil said that the government is saying a shortage of 50% of the medicines in hospitals, whereas the truth is that the hospitals do not have more than 70% medicines. There is also a shortage of life saving medicine. He will keep these cases in front of LG and ask him to save health services in Delhi. In addition, the FIR will be filed in the ACB as well, he said.

He said that 3 godowns were made in Guru Gobind Singh Hospital, Raghubir Nagar, Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital, Tahirpur and Janakpuri, but there was no better storage system. The medicines spoiled due to this. He alleged that there was a scam in buying 100 ambulances. 23-23 lakhs for an ambulance of 10-11 lakhs were given.

He said that all the ambulances purchased had to be fire proof but in the early days several ambulances were set on fire. Some ambulances are not working. He said that health minister Satendra Jain has violated the rules regarding transfer and appointment. Junior officers were given the rank of Senior, Officer Jain has approved 30 unlawful posts.
