odd even scheme of cars in delhi
New Delhi, 1 Jan 2010: In order to reduce the pollution level in Delhi, In one of the major initiative for the first time in India the odd even scheme for four wheelers hit the road today. This scheme will be running from 8 am-8 pm and will be implemented for the first 15 days of Jan 2016 and a fine of Rs 2000 will be done to those who don’t abide by the rules.
