Maoists killed two returning villagers whose marriages were fixed, this was the reason

Dantewada: In Naxal (Chhattisgarh Naxal News) affected Dantewada district of Naxalites, Naxalites have killed two villagers, accusing them of being a police informer by becoming secret soldiers. The deceased were Ashok Kunjam and Banda Kunjam of Tokapara. The family members who were present with them have been severely beaten.
According to Dantewada SP Dr. Abhishek Pallav, these villagers were returning to Dodi Tumnar village of Bijapur district after fixing the wedding of their family. Naxalites intercepted and strangled them to death in the forest between Hiroli and Doka Para. The other five people present with him have also been beaten fiercely.
In the leaflets left at the scene after the murder, the Naxalites have accused Ashok and Banda of serving as secret soldiers and sentenced them to death. On the information given by the family, the Kirandul police have registered a case and started the action.
