The video of Kejriwal seated in a car and speaking to the camera, where his voice is manipulated to appear to be drunk is shared. If you hear the sound in the video, all has been slurred.

The original video was posted by Arvind Kejriwal. Kejriwal had posted the live video against the Punjab CM on January 29, 2017 when he was campaigning for his party in Punjab ahead of the assembly election which took place that year.
