Apart from Dr. J Aslam , the image was shared by thousands other on the social media.
This image was further shared by a facebook group, claiming how this news is not true.

The above post is first shared by verified account of eminent personalities, so by believing its content we posted it in order to encourage students who clear IAS/IPS exam in difficult condition and came from a underprivileged families.
