It looks clearly that this images are posted by Marrow, in a blog post and is giving all the reason to make one believe that this is not real, but only art. He says, He was originally going to have a cardboard box over his head (thus the box picture in January), but it looked weird and awkward, so I went with the burlap sack. VERY glad that I did.

As can be read in the above, He also says how he had even made this scary, I would say almost real Human scarecrow. However now it is verified it isfake.
