The fake message attributes to the Delhi Commissioner, A.K. Mittal, claiming to be an IPS, asking the people to remove their whatsapp profile picture immediately. As per records on the Google and search apps like to Truecaller, the number is listed in the name of Arshad Ali, and has been reported as spam.
This message is just a whatsapp forward message, which made its way into social media giants like facebook, twitter and other social media groups. This is a fake message; make your wise decision before you share.
