New delhi: The sale and publication of the book Godman to Tycoon: The Untold Story of Baba Ramdev, written on Yog Guru Baba Ramdev, has been banned by a Delhi court.

In fact, Baba Ramdev had made a plea in the court to stop the release of the book written on him. It is alleged that Baba Ramdev's life has been misrepresented in this book, which can damage his image.

In a conversation with the newspaper Mirror, the author said that she did not expect to ban of the book because in the past several books were written on Baba Ramdev.

On the other hand, the book's publisher Juggernaut Books publication says that the court banned the book written on Baba Ramdev's life without hearing the publisher or the author's side. The publisher says that she has received this order on August 10, 2017 and she will appeal to the court soon against this order.

This move of Baba Ramdev is being criticized a lot. Even hundreds of tweets have been done against him in the social media. Congress MP Shashi Tharoor has tweeted in support of the publisher that we need to save the freedom of the press.
