Facts Check Analysis: The photo being shared on the Social media, attributing to Mr Gandhi claim that Modi is thief, is a fake. It can be seen in the photoshopped image some women holding the placards, with text “1st time in 70 years #AyushmanBharat #PMJAYluanch in Ranchi with #ModiChorHai Placard”.

Right now it has been shared by a facebook group Azamgarh Express (archive here).

Earliar the original photo was tweeted by Ministry of health captioned as “Enthusiasm seen as people gather for launch of #AyushmanBharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana #PMJAY by Prime Minister Sh @narendramodi at #Ranchi today.@PMOIndia @JPNadda @NITIAayog #SwasthaBharat”.
