The first trailer of the third Hugh Jackman starrer solo Wolverine movie, has just unleashed itself with a dark, sombre theme. Not only does it signify the tone of the movie, but also symbolizes the sentiments of Hugh Jackman's huge fan base bidding adieu to their favourite Wolverine. It has been under speculation for a long time and now confirmed that Hugh Jackman is not anymore interested to play this iconic superhero character after this third Wolverine film, named as Logan.

As he earlier said about playing Wolverine again, "I would never do that. I've never done that mainly because, for the fans and for me, each time I've gone around there's been a really good reason to do it and I don't know what that reason is from here."

This forced the writers and the franchise to think otherwise; either to kill the character of Wolverine or pass the baton to someone else. However, it will be pretty tough to find a suitable replacement of what Hugh Jackman has delivered with this iconic character.

Therefore in the third Wolverine installment, the movie bosses are likely to go on a much easier route by introducing a female version of the mutant and trying to pass the baton on to her and thus saving the day for themselves.

But then! What is this in Hugh Jackman's twitter account? He posted a picture of himself with a metal clearly mentioning "4??????? #Wolverine" and pointing at it in a curious way.
